These leaders reconvened to follow up on its last workshop in late April,hosted by the Center for the Visually Impaired CVI, and to devise a newset of immediate goals, all with the ultimate objective to promote Georgia'scompetitiveness in accessible travel and tourism. This accomplishment willserve as a strong driving force in the economy and brand Georgia as afrontrunner in human rights, hence the persistent cooperation of public andprivate sectorentities. Presentations on "good practices" in Georgia commenced with IHG and adescription of the company's increased concentration on web accessibilitysites and other technological undertakings for reaching out to the disabledconstituency, both domestic and international.
